The interviews are about 2 to 3 rounds. Company is big on asking questions according to the STAR method, so be sure to answer accordingly. Provide examples of situations and the results of your projects.

The process was structured and professional. It began with an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited for a panel interview with 3 senior managers from supply chain and operations. Each round focused on different aspects: Phone Screen (30 mins): Focused on my background, why I’m interested in Walmart, and basic supply chain concepts. Hiring Manager Interview (45 mins): Behavioral questions (STAR format), operational problem-solving scenarios, and team leadership experience. Panel Interview (90 mins): In-depth case studies, questions around supply chain optimization, inventory turns, vendor relations, and cross-functional leadership. They also asked about experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
