HR is pretty rude. They just send you interview invites. Don’t guide throughout the process. At least at Meta and Amazon they prepare you as you go through the process. SAM role it’s like a round robin. Don’t know what category you’ll land on. You can meet with 20 people it’s complete waste of time.
