Was contacted by recruiter for VISA talent event in Austin in June'19. Cleared hackerrank challenge and another technical round. Was invited onsite where had 4 rounds each lasting 45 mins. The interviews were pretty decent and was expecting an offer since there were 8 positions with new security group. Was told to expect a communication within couple days. Guess what- haven't back since then. All emails and calls went unanswered. Can't understand when ghosting candidates has become a norm. I'd at least expect thanks 4 interest email if rejected or if the positions were scrapped. EXTREMELY DISMAL EXPERIENCE!!
