First had a phone interview with a recruitment employee, then interviewed in persob with the general manager. The manager was very easy going and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and confident, which was really nice. Overall great interview experience

The interview process was a face to face interview to begin. Asked many behavioral style based questions. It was informal, relaxed and very easy-going. The questions had multiple parts, but they weren't too tough. If you prepare some STAR answers before hand just on notecards, you'll be fine!

My interview process was a little backwards in my opinion; first interview was with the district manager and the second was with the general manager of the store in which I ended up working at.
