Met with GM at the store for a first interview. Received a call from the DM for a second interview. The process took only a week. Got hired two days after the second interview.

The interview process was a face to face interview to begin. Asked many behavioral style based questions. It was informal, relaxed and very easy-going. The questions had multiple parts, but they weren't too tough. If you prepare some STAR answers before hand just on notecards, you'll be fine!

My interview process was a little backwards in my opinion; first interview was with the district manager and the second was with the general manager of the store in which I ended up working at.
