3 round interview. Met with 3 Layers of management. Interview was set up by employee referral. Met with different managers to discuss and access my fitting in. Questions were very basic to make determinations of character and judgement ability. First interview was done 2 weeks after initial submission. The second was done with next senior level of management aprox days after. The third and most senior manager meeting was done a month there after. The entire process was about 1.5 months for acceptance and final offer.
