Got video interview invitation few weeks after online application. It lasted for 45mins and i got cut off several times by the the interviewer and he seems know all what i’m about to say. I had many interviews with big companies and this is the first time had such unprofessional experience. Deeply feeling disrespected and disappointed for the time and effort i put for this interview. Why bother wasting each other’s time? Still believe the company is a good one to work for.

3 rounds, first screening with HR, second with team lead and director, last with director. Quite a straightforward process given a specialist role. It helps to pay attention to teamwork, communication and trust - give experiences that fit in with the description of the JD.
