At the end of the last step I was given a timeline for them to get back to me with a final decision or a possible additional step. I wrote a follow-up to their talent team and they forwarded the email to a Senior talent member in London, who decided not to reply. So sad that a company that has Dedicated talent people to a single job also allows them to have a ghosting behaviour towards possibile hiring, not sure I will reapply to working with them. Awful communication, disrespect, ghosting and unreliability

The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.
