UBS did a presentation at my school. I applied through the school's career site. They got back to me about a week later to bring me in for an in person interview held on campus. I met with 2 people - pretty open-ended personality questions. Got a call a couple days later to come in for a Superday. Watched 2 presentations and interviewed with 6 people - all of them were very nice and conversational. Got the call that I received an offer maybe a week later.
