The interview process went on for an hour. In the first interview, i was asked to write an algorithm to find the depth of the n-ary tree. I tried my best, but could not complete it. Then i was asked questions on the C++ concepts - copy constructors, assignment operators, template programming etc. But finally didn't get through as i failed on my first impression.

Face to face interview with technical and behavioral questions. Mostly conceptual questions and discussion about technology topics. Helpful and friendly interviewers without negativity or condescension. Not much else to say about the process.

First, they made me wait for 2-3 hours. Then, when the interviewer finally arrived, he seemed more interested in talking about himself than asking questions. Despite having 22 years of experience, he lacked basic interviewing skills. You don't conduct an interview by demotivating the candidate.
