Applied online, HR called to tell me she did not like how I arranged my resume, asked me to redo and re-submit. Got call from local hiring manager for interview, had to go back 4 times to meet with 4 different people and a phone call with yet another. All conversations were short and not too many questions. Told me will get back to me, followed up several times but no one responded. Would appreciate a formal rejection if not in the running, but got no feedback.
