Applied online. Received a link to complete psychometric tests almost immediately after submitting my application. Once I completed the assessments and assuming I made it past the minimum required results, received another link inviting me to complete their online interview through Sonru. Questions asked were mostly behavioural, and around 1-2 technical questions, including commercial awareness.

After getting through the Online assessment, I was invited to the Pre-recorded interview. This consisted of general behavioral questions such as Why UBS, Why this particular Program, key piece of news that caught your eye this week, etc
