Situational judgement test with multiple choice questions.
Applied for a wealth management trainee program, was declined but was still offered a position in the same role but not in the program. Interview process was comprised of an initial phone call and a zoom meeting. Salaries differ heavily between program and temp position for the same role.

Applied through recruitment agency. Process was very straightforward, but they were a little pushy and not very considerate of my time. In person interview in main office. Questions were very straightforward.
