Interview process is reasonable compared to other firms. I met with 4 different individuals, some of whom were my future colleagues. They all asked good questions and was mostly interested in whether I would be a good fit for the job. The line manager asked detailed questions about my experiences and success stories so he can assess whether I was effective or not.

The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.
