It was reasonably good; though took around 2 months around for final proceedings to take place. Noteworth thing is the Notice Period is 3 months here in Siemens; if any employee wants to leave this company.
Interviewers were friendly and keen to know about the views. During telephonic interview, it was an introduction round with the personal & professional introduction. Then another around was face to face.

Entretien
First, there was a round of technical interview, where different aspects of structural analysis and design were discussed. It includes basic graduate-level analysis and advanced design like earthquake resistant design of structures. After that motivation for the job and salary was discussed in the second round with Human Resource executive.
