Applied Online. Got invitation to next round in 3 days. Half hour behavioral, half hour technical with a senior iOS lead. Have not heard back yet and it's been a week.

Entretien
Very simple. Saw the position online at the SAP website and applied there. I got an email asking me for a phone interview. For the interview I was asked mostly questions about my past projects that I had done personally or at school. There were no algorithm or technical questions except for maybe 1 or 2 definitions. I received my offer around a week later and afterwards my manager was very easy to get in contact with.

Entretien
Very easy and straight forward. I was in a conference call with three interviewers and a manager. Mostly went through my resume and asked about my previous projects. Talked about what I wanted to do and my interests. Talked about hockey quite a bit because its Canada and everyone watches hockey. It was a very natural interview and got my offer an hour later.
