It was a quick first interview. The person was friendly and soft-spoken. She showed interest in me as a person. Even though the interview led nowhere, she did follow up with an email. She took the time to listen to me.

1 interview: asked about CV, how I performed tasks at my current job, about organizational skills and why SAP. It was done in English and Spanish by a recruiter from the US. Did not hear back until about a month later which was a rejection.
