Also had to answer questions along with my application such as;
- Please describe a time when you have worked in a team to meet a deadline and how you effectively managed your time.
- Please describe a time when you made a mistake and the steps you took to resolve this.
- What motivates you to do your best work and how has this helped you to achieve success?

Question 1
Had a phone interview first, which was surprisingly quite relaxed and almost informal.
They as basic behavioural questions and tested knowlege on the ERP systems .
