Wenige Tage nach der Bewerbung erhielt ich per Mail eine Einladung zu einem Telefoninterview. Die Terminabsprache hierzu verlief etwas schleppend, da die zuständige Abteilung in ein low cost country ausgelagert ist.
Das Telefoninterview selbst dauerte ca. 30 Minuten und verlief äußerst angenehm. Es ging hauptsächlich um den bisherigen Werdegang und warum man sich beworben hat. Am Ende des Gesprächs erhielt ich direkt die Einladung zu einem persönlichen Gespräch. Auch hier wurde sehr stark auf eine angenehme Atmosphäre geachtet. Keine unüblichen/fiesen Fragen.
The interview was with the VP sales of mid customers. He was asking many questions about the sales process. They were looking for someone with 7 years experience at SAAS sales

Best interview process I have seen, very easy and engaging, reflects a good company culture as well. They are friendly and make you feel welcomed. You had to give CV, then interview.

- Introductory call with HR
- Personality Test
- Personality call with HR
- Bootcamp
Overall the process took around 2 months and ended with a full-day interview called the "bootcamp" which was a very cool experience.
