Two stage interview: 1 – culture fit & overview of current experience 2 – in depth understanding of vendor management systems I did the first interview and found the girl to be very bubbly and very knowledgable about setting up various CRMs etc. I was quite looking forward to the 2nd. During the 2nd the guy just sat there talking to someone else on an instant messaging program. He occasionally grunted questions. I realised he wasn't listening at all.

2 step process comprising of 2 interviews with manager and CTO. Interview was in a fairly relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Questions that were asked were around key competency and experience in the previous roles
