Met the Directors and MD. A mix of CBI and practical questions to assess working knowledge and best working principles to achieve both targets and staff development and growth. Got to meet the team members too and had a positive 2 way dialogue and gain a better understanding of what was needed from both parties.

Interview is very thorough, you will meet between 4-6 people, but you will appreciate that process. I interviewed with 6 people total and I really enjoyed the process. Everyone I met helped me understand the role much more and my responsibilities.
