Thorough interview. Ensured I found the right cultural and personal fit within the team and discipline I’m now recruiting for.
Met several people from varying disciplines in order to determine where I would fit best. In the end, the choice felt like it was mine which was a breath of fresh air compared to standard interviews.

I applied to Robert Walters having had no prior experience in the field of recruitment.
David Myers-Williams was the internal recruiter that managed my process and was fantastic throughout.
At each stage of the process he guided me thoroughly and gave me all the tools I needed to succeed in each of the interviews.
He gained a full understanding of my character and prior workplace experience and made me feel confident and prepared for each interview.
If you're looking for a route into recruitment, I'd highly recommend David as your first port of call.
The interview Process was very smooth, and it took not more than two weeks to complete the entire process. Gone through HR and Manager level of interviews the onboarding team is very supportive and reachable.
