First there is an online assesment. You have about 1 hour to answer to analytical and iq questions. I passed the test and I was called for another test (numerical-analytical) and with that the HR managers are going to give you a presentation about the company and the position you applied, so it till take about to 2-3 hours. I you pass the test, with by the way it is pretty easy, they will call you for an interview. There is a lot of information on the internet that you can download and get ready for the interview. They ask you behavioural questions, for instance: tell me what is your weakness, or tell me about a time that you had an arguement with a team member and what did you do. They also asked me some technical questions about the job.
