There are 3 interviews after the online assessment exams. It will be either online or in-person and will consist of multiple situational & behavioral questions against the PEAK performance factors.

Questions can range from situational and behavioral - "describe a time when..."
There are 3 interviews based on Peak Performance Factors. I highly suggest reviewing it beforehand. There's also many behavioral questions, so come prepared with stories about how you exhibited the Peak Performance Factors.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of three distinct stages, each designed to evaluate different aspects of a candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role. Throughout the process, the majority of the questions were situational in nature, focusing on how I would approach various real-life scenarios relevant to the position.
Takes a few months. Suggested to ask for a follow up every 2 weeks. Go from test to 3 interviews to job offers to final discussion. So either apply early or apply when you're not in a hurry.
