Had an hour long interview with the hiring manager and R&D member of the team. They mostly asked about my graduate school research and experiences. How my graduate school work is going to fit with the job skills they were hiring for? Personality questions asking to describe a conflict with a co-worker, leadership abilities.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
