they make you do a personality test after submitting CV and completing personal info. If you fail, you are banned form applying to their jobs for one year. The test takes around 20 mins and they are like what would you do in xxx situations

2 interviews after the initial hiring test, first was with one interviewer the second was with two interviewers. they asked typical questions that relate to their philosophies, and tried to gauge if someone was a strong fit for them.
