Went to the Manchester Plant, was interviewed by an elderly man who seemed to go on a lot of tangents, but was quite friendly. Regular fit questions, not a single technical one.

Not so hard, if you have preparded properly.
Online assesment (easier test, but with the same logic).
Inteviewed by two managers, each one for seperate department. They focused on my personality. They asked questions like what are your bigger achievements, your weaknesses. They also asked some technical questions, but not many.
