Primeramente fue un examen psicometrico y después uno de razonamiento matemático para posteriormente realizar una primera entrevista. Si seguía en el proceso ellos realizaban una segunda entrevista llamada panel. Esta última por lo que sabía era que te entrevistaban ingenieros de la empresa

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
