the first step is completing the online application. the next step is the online assessment which consists of various reasoning tests. some parts are timed and some parts are not. after, you will receive an email telling you whether or not you have passed the initial screening process. then there is a phone interview, and a final interview where they fly you out to their corporate office.

Primero, recibí un correo con el enlace al assessment en línea, que incluía una evaluación de juicio situacional y comportamiento profesional, seguido por una prueba lógica y numérica cronometrada. La primera parte consistía en responder preguntas tipo test sobre cómo reaccionarías en situaciones laborales, y la segunda era una prueba de razonamiento con límite de tiempo, incluyendo patrones matemáticos y lógica. The interview was very detailed and thorough. It went through all the pillars that P&G values. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. A lot of emphasis on your past experiences and thought process through situationals.
