J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Procter & Gamble (Rome) en oct. 2009
Entretien
I have applied through the normal website, after an ad on the university career website.
I have been sent an online link with questions to fill in, nothing very tough.
I have then been invited to a written test (math, comprehension and all the usual things), pretty tough, you will not finish it but nobody will. Some say it is similar to GMAT.
I have been communicated that I have passed the test, and I got a flight paid by them to go to the office for the face to face interview (Rome)
I had 3 interviews, partly in native language, partly in English. Questions were the usual one i.e. asking for example of leadership, asking for examples of smart behavior/communication, why P&G, why not any other company, why did you choose that path at University
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There was no technical question nor business case. The interview was for an internship position - the tough part comes during the internship, as you get responsibility from day 1.

Entretien
7 behavorial questions were asked in 2 rounds of interview. I cleared first round but got rejected after round 2. Its like a black box where you will never know what went wrong.

The recruiters came to campus for on campus recruiting starting a few months before the interview. The recruiters accepted about 24 candidates for initial interviews. They conducted first round interviews on campus and then a phone interview for second rounds. Interview questions were all behavioral. Heard back with decision within a week.
