P&G interviews follow the C-A-S formula. They look for : Context, Action, Result On your interview evaluation form, your interviewers will actually write out these letters and take notes for each part of the formula. They will probably also do that right in front of your which can be distracting. As you tell your stories you must present your answers in this way or your interviewers will not no make a note and you will see blanks on your interview eval. They are very prescribed in looking for all three parts and are especially keen on looking for the result of your actions. I found it to be disappointing that they were so rigid in their interview process since I have some entrepreneurial experiences that didn't quite match the formula and that was viewed negatively. My interview was about 40 minutes and I got about 9 "tell me about a time" questions. I interviewed at one of the large career fairs and found my interviewers to be more interested in who was walking by and not maintaining eye contact with me.
