first there is a lengthy online assessment (If I remember correctly it took around 45ish minute), then a 1:1 interview then a panel interview with at least three senior(ish) leaders.

One of the questions they asked me was how I exemplified leadership and then what would I do if I realized I would miss a deadline.

Step 1: Psychometric test - once you pass this then one proceeds to interviews. There is no way to prepare for this online assessment
Step 2: Interview 1 with 2 leaders in organization
Step 3: Interview with SVP
Overall the interviews were fair and the expected questions were asked/

Entretien
1) Upon application submission, was prompted to complete an online assessment, which tested logical thinking and behavioral match with the company. Saw online that if you fail the test, you won't be able to apply again for the next 12 months
2) Upon passing the test, heard from HR to have a call. They don't count it as the first round of interviews, but more of an initial screening.
3) Had interview with the hiring manager
