The interview process was setup well as there was no hirevue, just online assessment then straight to the interview. I interviewed around February or March for the summer of 2024.

You have a marketing team member who is very enthusiastic about a project, but you do not have the budget to accommodate their ideas. The individual begins to breakdown and start crying, how should you react?

2) Psychometric test (logical thinking, reaction test mainly)
3) Video Interview with recruiter (competency-based questions)
4) Assessment Centre (competency based interview with some technical questions (2))

- During AC may ask some technical financial question (e.g.: efficient cost allocation during the production process)
