I attended our school's career fair and gave them my resume. They hand-picked me for an interview for the first round after about 2 weeks. I talked to two different recruiters from different locations. I interviewed in October 2015. Overall, the recruiters were very respectful. However, I was disappointed that I never did hear back if I had or hadn't made it to the second round of interviews.
