      Entretien

This was the longest process I have ever gone through for a job. First when I applied online there was a personality test. After I passed that, a few days later I received a phone screen. Once I answered the phone screen questions, then I was invited to a informational session. At the informational session, the spoke about the company and described the position in detail. At this time they informed everyone that it was a new position and that it currently paid $14.40 per hour. If you were still interested after the informational session, you then signed up for a "ride along." Which in this instance meant you followed around one of the RSR's for a day and were able to see what the job really was. The informational session indicated that you were just supposed to observe since you were not an employee and were not going to be paid, but when you got there, they started handing you bags of chips and basically you were working for the day. I got an short day because there were only 1 of the 2 stores to go to that day. My day lasted 6 hours where others days lasted in excess of 8 hours. We started at 5am at Walmart. Once you passed the ride along, a couple of days later you were then invited to an interview with 2 of the Managers. After they decided if you were worthy, you were then invited to a final interview with a couple of higher ups. If you made it past that test (and it was a hard fight as they stated they were hiring about 6 people out of 45 that went to the group interview) then you were offered the job and instructed to take a hair test for drugs. This tests back 90 days. I finally started 2 weeks after the initial offer. Although I don't remember any of the actual questions, I do remember they were in depth questions and were not fluff. Overall, it was a great interview experience and the hardest one I have ever had to go through. I do hope it results in quality hires. I know I am one! ;)

Easy , pretty clear and quick. Managers are nice and makes sure all details have been taken into conversation during interview. After conversation it will take approximately 2 weeks for final decision.

The interview was more than frustrating for me. I arrived 10 minutes early to an empty lobby. I figured they were busy and there wasn't a bell to ring or anything to that effect. I sat there for about 15 minutes when the next interviewer came in. We began speaking and about 30 minutes later, somebody finally came out. They came to speak with that interviewer and allegedly, I was not on the roster. I offered to reschedule since I had the free time and was told their scheduler was on vacation for two weeks so they didn't want to make me wait that long. They got me into an office with somebody who clearly had other things they were taking care of and seemed annoyed by being pulled away to interview me. After the third eye roll and frustrated sigh with an explanation of benefits I've already read, I reiterated that I am more than happy to reschedule if they needed me to. I was not asked any questions about previous employment, just given information about the company followed by a signing of a sheet claiming I knew what was explained to me. At this point, I thought either they already knew they weren't going to hire me, or the interviewer believed it was onboarding information and not an interview. He rushed through everything and in a spin I was back out front with a promise of a callback. About a week later, I was declined and frustrated as it felt like they didn't even give me an opportunity.
