Started with a campus interview that was one on one with a local recruiter, then was asked to come to Philadelphia for a plant tour and two day interview event. There were two interviews, a resume presentation and a plant tour. Overall positive experience and extremely professional. Job offer came two days later and was extremely competitive.

The interviewers were pretty laid back and relaxed, asked only three questions. Would have only lasted 15 minutes, but I asked a few of my own and it went to thirty minutes. I asked what the average day of an intern would be in this position and they seemed to enjoy this question as they went on for about 10 minutes explaining the various projects that other interns have completed and what not.
