The interview was pretty standard -- it was with the Service Operations manager who primarily asked questions about previous work history, situational-based questions, and goals within the company. It was conducted via Zoom and had ample time for my own questions about the role and company.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at PepsiCo?
Describe a time you made a mistake. What did you do?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez PepsiCo (Sacramento, CA)

I was fortunate to have known someone who has a brother who works for Pepsi but at a different location. I was able to get information about what the work was like and applied online.
After applying, I waited several weeks before they called me and did some minor phone interview and then asked me to pick a date for the in person interview.
Walking into the Plant in Sacramento, employees there didn't really greet you as much. During the course of the interview, I was interviewed by 2 delivery supervisors (not standard procedure but the merchandiser manager wasn't available). Unlike some of the other careers, there is no need to wear a suit and tie or formal business attire. However, some plants may operate differently depending on the position so I would contact HR if in doubt. The HR dept. for this plant is pretty professional.
After the interview, you will be waiting awhile. Someone will call you from HR and ask if you are still interested, what the pay rate is, etc. If you say yes, they schedule you for a drug test and physical strength test. They will also send you forms via online to fill out for background checks and verify your identity. During this period you will receive a contingency offer via letter.

Hiring is mainly through referral. There ia rarely external hiring.
The interview was very basic, with questions regarding: "How do you resolve conflict" and "What are your strengths and weaknesses?"
They will ask you about your past driving experiences too.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced conflict and how you overcame it.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez PepsiCo (Edmond, OK) en juil. 2015

Unorganized, unprofessional, Seemed to me that the whole interview process was just a thrown together part of the process, The managers there doing the interview didn't seem like they were very invested in the whole interview process, seemed like they were more concerned with other things, they were preoccupied and only did the interview because it is required of them to do so.
