J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez PepsiCo
Entretien
Was interviewed on campus and the interview was fairly straightforward as they gave me the questions beforehand to prepare for. Then got flown down to the corporate office in Seattle where I had a full day of interviews and a sales case and a selling scenario I had to complete. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing. Also got to go on a route ride to see the work I'd be doing first hand.

Question 1
What would others describe as your biggest personality flaw?
There were two rounds with similar questions each. Centered around their Great5 - growth, relationships, execution, agility, thinking. They left a lot of time for you to ask questions. Both were virtual.

The process was a total of around 5 conversations with different people. They asked a broad range of questions from very generic HR questions to job-specific questions. I met with local area managers as well as corporate folks.
Easy situation based questions, then an open q and a session. Not very descriptive job description. Applied online, regional company so you can basically work from wherever, but it is hands on, not virtual
