Did an online application. All that was involved was submitting a CV. I was then contained 3 weeks later with an invite to take an video interview - 8 different questions you had to answer in one recording. Now selected for interview day

The interview process was more of an assessment day, consisting of two interviews; one HR interview which was mainly general questions regarding the role and secondly a competency interview with questions specific to ability and experience in relation to the role. Additionally to the interviews I was also required to do a presentation on a set question provided a week in advance to an audience of one.
