4 week process, applied through their site and received a phone call a week later. Once I had a face to face interview with them they had people interview me that were not even apart of their group. Felt like it was a complete waste of my time and theirs. They are wanting someone that deals with all of the issues they dont want to deal with and that is not the job i applied for.

KNOW YOUR RESUME! I can’t stress that enough. It’s behavioral, but also just them getting a frame of what you’re bringing to the table so be sure to know your resume and be able to speak upon your past experiences.

Entretien
The process went pretty smooth. It was not too technical due to the position but was about 3 rounds of interviews. You will be tested on what you know on the job but you will also be trained.

Describe a time where you had to resolve an issue and how did you solve it?
There was an application on my university job board. The interview was scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis for those who were selected. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions with 2 sets of interviewers.
