I met them at the Business Horizons career fair at Virginia Tech. I was selected to interview with them a few weeks later. The interview was situational and asked 4-5 questions that basically all started with, "tell me about a time when..". The night before the interview, while they were in town, they had a mixer for all the interviewees. It was catered at a local bar and provided an opportunity to ask questions about employee's roles in a more casual setting.

Entretien
Pretty typical interview, will ask about your plans for the future and where you see yourself in a few years. Be prepared to have an in-depth answer, not just about were you would be in the company, but where do you see yourself generally.

Entretien
Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
