Entretien
I was asked to come in at 10am for an interview. I arrived early and had until 10:20am for the HR person to acknowledge me, asked me to have a seat outside her office, give me the job description and asked me to sign it. I read and signed the document, and again waited. The HR person finished her conversation with someone in her office, looked at me, closed the door and proceeded to make a loud personal phone call and tell someone about her weekend. A second person took me to an office, and asked 5 basic questions which I answered. He then took me back to the HR persons office, she asked a few more questions and said they would contact me in a few days to let me know if they were going to hire me. I cannot get over how filthy the store (floor), conference room (tables, chairs, and floor) and offices (desk and floor) were being that it was 10:00 am. I would have expected that someone cleans the store every night. I can also not get over the unprofessional way the staff added in my presence and the HR person not being on time and not apologizing for the delay. At least they are consistent in the way they treat their potential employees and customers. Unprofessional.

Entretien
The hiring process was rather simple. I applied online to be a seasonal cashier employee. I received a phone call after a week for an interview. I could have chosen to have the interview the following day or the day after. To be honest, I was not expecting to receive an interview, and so I did not have a lot of time to prepare. On the day of the interview, I asked an employee where to go. I took a seat and waited to be called in. The person interviewing me was nice and friendly. She asked me basic questions in the beginning and then five situational questions, which I thought was overkill as the job didn't seem to require such a great deal of experience. Unfortunately, I did not get the job due to lack of preparation and retail experience.

Entretien
I applied online and got a call from HR a day later. They did a basic phone screening, asking about availability, past customer service/sales experience, etc. HR was really friendly, just be personable and chatty and they'll see that you'll be good in a customer service roll. Then they asked me to come in for a one-on-one interview with my would-be boss in 3 days. One-on-one interview was easy too, asked about 5 easy situational questions (how did you react to these 5 broad scenarios in the past at work or school) and asked more about my past experience. I was offered the job on the spot.

Entretien
I applied online at Lowes.careers and a few days later a person from hr called me and asked if I was still interested and offered me an interview. I went in for an interview and it took like 10 minutes then she asked me to have a seat at the table and another lady came and brought a drug test, papers to sign for a backround check and employee documents.
