Contacted by a 3rd party recruiter. Took 4 days to schedule an interview. The original interviewer could not make it and a subordinate took the interview instead. Basic questions, not even a resume run through. After that, I contacted the recruiter and she said I am not rejected yet and that I am still in the running. Till date, 2 months later, on contacting the recruiter, I was told I am still in the running. Its better to inform candidates if they are rejected than just keeping them hanging.

The interview was fairly easy and consisted of 3, 15 minute sections of question with one person, followed by another 15 minute section with someone else, and same process again.
