Shared my resume with an employee. Then a recruiter contacted me 3 weeks. The interview with recruiter was about screening my past experiences. She recommended me a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager called me 1 week later. He was very friendly and excited about me joining to his team. The hiring manager expressed his interest on having me for a onsite interview. I was contacted 2 weeks later by a second recruiter with the agenda for the interview and details for the trip. They bought my flight tickets and booked my hotel. It only allowed me to stay there 1 day after a 5 hours flight. The HM was again very helpful and pick me up at the hotel. Met with 4 other employees for 45 mins each. Everyone seemed to be friendly and nice. The HM gave me a 30 min tour around the city and took me to the airport. The HM contacted me 2 weeks later saying they found a better match but still wanted me for a Entry position. Three weeks later a recruiter call me to let me now about the final decision (I already knew it from the HM). The same week I texted the HM, then he called me back saying that he could not get approval for another hiring and suggested me to find other options. I did not get the job. Good experience overall, very long process (almost 3 months).

General background questions, it was with the recruitment not with the technical team. It was good and efficient using their online platform. The meeting was scheduled in advance they asked me questions about my CV and experience
