The interview was first scheduled by a recruiter via email. The interview went decently and was well aligned with the Biotechnologist position I applied to, I am still waiting for an answer.

I applied online to about 7 positions from January to early February, 4 were rejected a couple days after submission. Got a feedback to have a conversation with the recruiter less than 24 hours after my last application. I booked a slot on her calendar and a day before our conversation she cancelled and asked that I reschedule the following week because she's on sick leave. Which I did and it went very well. Two days later I got an email to interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager went well in my opinion. He said the team will give me feedback in the coming days but I heard nothing for weeks. I sent a follow up email but no response and month later I received an automated email apologising for delays due to holidays and large applicants and said to give further news a week after. Few days later I checked the Lonza portal I have been rejected, no email but application still active in Workday. Two days later I received an automated email that I have been rejected with no feedback about the interview nor any tangible reason as why I was rejected after going through the whole process. I sent an email again to the talent advisor but she didnt respond. Overall the process took about 3 months. I really don't know how I feel about this company professionalism in terms of their recruitment process. I'm highly disappointed because before this process I had a lot of respect for Lonza but this kind hiring process is just a mess, honestly.
