I was called by the regional recruiter and interviewed over the phone. she said I was good and she would talk to a manger about me. About 3 days later I received a phone call from a branch manager who said if I could come in the next day for a interview, i agreed. Once there I was interviewed by three managers(branch manager and two assistant managers). They asked the basic questions. ex what makes you qualify for this position? how long have you worked in this field. etc. I also did a role play of how I would interact with a customer. Once the interview finished they said they will contact me within 5 days.

Entretien
HR call. They were nice but ultimately they were looking for someone with hedge fund sales experience which I didn't have. The call went well overall and they were nice.
