Put through two rounds of interviews which were thorough. Was extended an offer but it was revoked less than 24 hours later due to concerns over my current fully remote position and JPMs full return to office. It was expressed in the interviews that the return to office was not necessarily imminent for the office I applied for which was a very different message from the offer call. Unorganized messaging and unprofessional to extend an offer only to have it revoked due to concerns with remote policy without time to think about the decision.
