Entretien
Applied online through the company website and received a call from a recruiter about 10 days later. Set up an onsite interview with the hiring manager and another manager in the department. Another candidate was interviewing with one of the managers while I was with the other one and then we switched. Total time was about 3 hours between the two. I received a call with an offer the following morning.

Entretien
First stage is a call with HR employee, who asks about motivation, salary expectation and availability. Second stage is a call with polish and/or foreign manager, where there are questions regarding your experience, skills.

There was initially a telephone screening by HR and then the VP and a Manager did an interview asking about specific experiences. They also posed a few qualitative questions.

they drill to quiet an extent to test if you can work in that environment. Its pretty tough to convince and they are like. they ask you more of interpersonal question since I was alredy holding the designation.
