There are 2 persons intervewing me. Both are HR managers of the company. They first asked me various questions on my experiences and educational background. Then they asked me questions on future behaviors that i may encounter. This made me uncomfortable at time. They both pay lots of attention to details.

Entretien
During the final interview I had a case study, in which they gave me information about a hypothetical situation and then questions related to it. As I applied for a HR position, the questions were related to this. I had some time to prepare it on my own and then an interviewer came to talk about my responses. After that I had a group dynamic in which they gave us information about a hypothetical scenario and some questions related to it. They gave us some time to work in our own and then we had the group dynamic. The last part of the interview were two individual interviews in which they mixed situational judgement questions, personal questions and questions regarding the industry.

Consisted of an online application form, online tests, video interview. Quite straightforward, long waits between each stage. Video interview was quite simple, predictable questions. Online tests quite similar to others .
