Had to first complete online assessment then was called in for interview. First met with the branch manager and then with the district manager. Pretty easy questions. Super basic.

Initially I got contacted via email in which to respond to. A appointment is then set for a phone interview. Basic questions are asked as far as why you applied for the position, why you think you qualify, and what experience you have received. It's about a 5-10 min interview. I was then told that I would get word either by phone or email once branch managers review the info. I received a phone call 3 hours later to schedule an interview. the interview took place a week later at the branch I originally applied for with a branch mgr. Typical questions are asked but with more digging and depth. Mainly probing on your experience with customers and sales. Role playing is done, based on convincing a non-existing customer to open an acct. then you are observed while greeting customers. About 4 days after the face to face interview, got a call to schedule another interview. The interview was about a week after the call. The 2nd face to face was with another branch manager with very similar questions but with more focus on the sales aspect and role play. Interviewers made it comfortable and easy to talk to, ice broken very easily. A district manager was then brought in and she asked about my whereabouts, current job prospects (felt like I already got the job) and then was told that I would be contacted on the status. About another week later received a call from the recruiter with the offer and accepted. Not going to lie, a lot of run around and anticipation waiting for the status but worth it.
